The Brief
In 2003 the Bank Fashion chain decided to commission an independent supplier to provide shopfittings as opposed to the main contractor, who had previously undertaken the work.
As a fashion retailer Bank had very specific ideas about the look of its store interiors, and employed the services of a retail design agency to create the style and specify materials to achieve this.
The Design
Replan has worked for Bank to deliver the concepts created by retail design agencies, Dalziel & Pow and Checkland Kindleysides. This has often meant sourcing the exact materials specified to achieve the precise look and merchandising system required.
The Result
Replan’s fitting teams work hard, usually at the last minute and with other contractors who are under pressure to deliver on schedule to ensure that Bank stores are handed over on the agreed date.
Bank’s retail image has undergone several changes over the years and Replan has been in a position to react quickly and effectively to deliver a complete new look, often at very short notice.
Bank favours high specification finishes, that are often expensive and on long lead times, but Replan always deliver on time and within budget.
